color: black; font-family: Verdana;\">I visited a Winger&#8217;s a couple of weeks ago to pick up a present for a certain family member&#8217;s birthday.\u00a0 Not having time to stop and partake of the edible delights that greet people in that establishment, I have had much time for reflection on my Wingers experiences.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: black; font-family: Verdana;\">I must admit, there was a time, not too long ago, that I did not particularly enjoy spicy food.\u00a0 Yes, sadly, this included the Amazing Winger&#8217;s Sauce.\u00a0 I remember the first time I ate at Wingers at Ryan&#8217;s recommendation.\u00a0 It might have been when Ryan and Glorajean were engaged.\u00a0 I got a sandwich.\u00a0 Fortunately, I got a drink too.\u00a0 I remember the burning sensation my mouth experienced upon tasting its first major spice.\u00a0 I remember trying to wash out that sensation frantically\u00a0with with a large (thankfully bottomless) glass of kiwi lemonade.\u00a0 So far, not a fan.\u00a0 Then I tasted it.\u00a0 The motherlode of desserts.\u00a0 Probably the single most delicious thing I had ever tasted in my short life.\u00a0 Asphalt Pie.\u00a0 That was a reason to go back in\u00a0and of itself.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: black; font-family: Verdana;\">\u00a0Throughout the years, due to the strength of Asphalt Pie,\u00a0I have revisited Winger&#8217;s\u00a0a few more\u00a0times during visits to Utah.\u00a0 I have gotten more daring with other foods and discovered that I actually LOVE\u00a0hot foods, which has consequently increased my\u00a0love and devotion to Winger&#8217;s Amazing Sauce as well.\u00a0 My love for Asphalt Pie has not dwindled either.\u00a0 I still regard it as the climax of the dessert world.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: black; font-family: Verdana;\">Until last night, I had not eaten at Winger&#8217;s since October.\u00a0 I have wanted to, but since then\u00a0chocolate\u00a0made its way on the\u00a0banned food list\u00a0for me.\u00a0\u00a0That affected\u00a0Asphalt Pie, so\u00a0I have dreaded\u00a0going\u00a0back\u00a0too.\u00a0 Finally, I gave in to temptation.\u00a0 I had forgotten about the popcorn . . . one of my all-time favorite foods.\u00a0 I had forgotten how\u00a0addicting the Amazing Winger&#8217;s Sauce actually is; how it makes you want to lick your fingers in public, defying all rules of etiquette.\u00a0 After devouring popcorn, Nate and I filled up on the\u00a0Sticky Finger Quesadillas appetizer\u00a0and I tried Peach Lemonade and\u00a0a Sticky Finger Wrap.\u00a0 At the end, I was so full and satisfied that\u00a0I couldn&#8217;t have eaten Asphalt Pie, even if I\u00a0could eat Asphalt\u00a0Pie!\u00a0 It was awesome.\u00a0 So, yes Ryan, I am still,\u00a0officially, an Amazing Winger&#8217;s Sauce addict.\u00a0 I will keep going back.\u00a0 And I will keep loving it.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I visited a Winger&#8217;s a couple of weeks ago to pick up a present for a certain family member&#8217;s birthday.\u00a0 Not having time to stop and partake of the edible delights that greet people in that establishment, I have had much time for reflection on my Wingers experiences.\u00a0 I must admit, there was a time, &#8230;
